Work from home? Let’s try these following healthy snacks!

Nowadays, Work From Home (WFH) being one of the appeals in several areas for its workers since the Coronavirus outbreak continues to threaten.

On the one hand, of course it’s fun to enjoy working at home without having to go out. But relieving boredom at work is also necessary accompanied by a snack. It’s just that, too many snack choices that are less healthy for our bodies.

But that does not mean there is no yes, in fact the following snacks are listed as healthy snacks that do not make you gain weight.

1. Beans

Peanuts have always been considered a less healthy snack. The reason is because of the high fat and calorie content. However, please note that peanuts can be very healthy for our health, but must be with a good processing and not consumed in excess.

2. Dried fruit

Eating dried fruit does sound healthy. But we must pay attention to the amount of consumption, not too much. The reason is, a lot of nutrients from the fruit are lost because the water content in it has disappeared.

But, it will be very good if the consumption of dried fruit is sufficient, if possible consumption that does not contain added sugar.

3. Yogurt

Yogurt is one of the dairy foods. Given the fermentation process that goes through, Yogurt contains calcium, protein and probiotics that are very healthy and even recommended for consumption.

4. Apples and bananas

Almost all types of fruit are healthy, but suitable for accompanying work activities at home are Apples and Bananas. Apples can be peeled easily, or can be consumed directly without peeling. While bananas can be peeled easily then devoured their contents.

5. Granola

While the latter is granola. Meanwhile, Granola itself is a snack consisting of oats, nuts, honey and natural sweeteners such as brown sugar. There is also a granola that is reshaped like a chocolate bar so that it is easily consumed or made into a snack.
