Profile of James Maddison, a coveted player by MU

Since successfully winning the English Premier League in the 2015/16 season, Leicester City began to be in the public spotlight. Not just a matter of their performance in the following seasons, but also about the young players who successfully ‘produced’ the club. We just call it Harry Maguire, who was recruited by Manchester United. Now, they have a new young star, James Maddison.

So far, no one has highlighted James Maddison, because he is just a young player with minimal experience, who plays for Norwich City, even had loaned out to a number of clubs. The player who plays as a midfielder has only been a concern since joining Leicester City and performed brilliantly. Reportedly, he was targeted by a number of Premier League giants, including Manchester United. Next James Maddison.

James Maddison was born in the city of Conventry, England on November 23, 1996. He later joined the Conventry City academy team.

His debut at the professional level also began with the club. After three years playing for the Conventry City first team, Maddison decided to move to Norwich City. However, he did not immediately play at the club, but was first loaned to a number of clubs, including Abardeen.

It was only in the 2017/18 season, James Maddison found the opportunity to play for the Norwich City first team. He performed neatly at that time, recorded 49 appearances in all competitions and scored 19 goals in between. Not surprisingly, in the 2018 summer transfer market, Maddison was recruited by Leicester city. Together with The Foxes, Maddison became the Highlight, in the 2018/19 season he recorded 38 appearances and scored 7 goals.

This season, Maddison is again the mainstay of The Foxes, and since last summer, reportedly the midfielder has been targeted by Manchester United, only Leicester City are reluctant to release the England national team midfielder.
