Despite having proven his qualities in recent years, Dele Alli is still not considered worthy of joining a club as big as Real Madrid, according to former Tottenham Jamie O’Hara.
For information, Dele Alli is one of the important pillars of Tottenham Hotspur in recent years. But recently there was news claiming that the Spurs were ready to kick him out.
There is news that the player will be a victim so the club can repatriate Gareth Bale from Madrid. This news is increasingly believed to be true after Alli’s name is not on the Real Madrid squad list for the Europa League match.
Although the news is not necessarily true, Jamie O’Hara still expresses his opinion about Alli, who he thinks is not worthy of joining a club as big as Real Madrid.
“I can’t see Dele Alli going to Real Madrid. I don’t think he has done enough to warrant such a big step. ”
“I think Spurs need to try and find a solution to get the best out of it. If they sign Gareth Bale, they suddenly talk about a top player, Harry Kane will be happy with that, “he told talkSPORT.
However, Jamie O’Hara still recognizes that Alli is a quality player and now he just needs to find his best form again on the pitch.
“Dele Alli needs to find his best form. You can’t say he didn’t do great things because he has scored more than 50 goals in the Premier League. He can be a brilliant player for Spurs,”
“He’s been very mediocre these days, but I still think there is something they need to find and motivate him to get the best out of him,” he exclaimed.
If they are in their best performance, Tottenham Hotspur shouldn’t need to exchange it for Gareth Bale.
“Why do we have to get rid of Dele Alli just to bring in Bale? I’m not sure about that. ”
According to information heard, Tottenham Hotspur intends to repatriate Gareth Bale on loan. This was done in order to reduce the club’s expenses for the winger’s high salary.
