Nabil Fekir enters Liverpool’s transfer list

Liverpool, who are preparing for the Champions League Final this weekend, have been hit by a hot gossip about their interest in Olympique Lyon midfielder, Nabil Fekir.

Mentioned by a trusted source that Liverpool side will actually officially give an offer to Lyon in the transfer market next summer. As for last season’s transfer market, the fiercest name Fekir is rumored to be landing at Anfield.

The name of Fekir is the one most wanted by Jurgen Klopp. Indeed the Reds almost got the services of Fekir, but in the medical examination stage Liverpool were forced to withdraw, as they got the potential injury that could endanger the player’s position.

For the incident, Liverpool were forced to cancel cooperation with Lyon. Now everything is almost repeated again, but now it’s still limited to interest again and the Liverpool side have not been able to turn away from the figure of Fekir. This is no different from before, where Klopp became the most interested figure in the services of this French national team player.

Klopp feels his team are still lacking in power, after failing to get Fekir, Klopp is not trying to bring in another player. Even so, his attacking performance remains neat, with two attackers Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane clinching the English Premier League gold shoe trophy this season with 22 goals.

Throughout the last season, Klopp finally realized that there was still a need to improve the quality of his attack line and that was the reason that led him to pursue Fekir again. Liverpool’s own chances are bigger than before, where Lyon President, Jean-Michel Aulas certainly will release Fekir this summer.

Fekir’s contract itself will expire in the 2020 season, and Lyon’s clear losses will be accepted, if they don’t release it in the next season as both parties have not reached an agreement regarding the cooperation of new contracts. The more profitable the Liverpool if they really want to get the player’s signature, because Lyon are ready to provide large-scale deductions on behalf of Fekir.
