MotoGP Styria results, Miguel Oliveira wins first victory!
This season’s MotoGP riders are competing tightly in the 5th series Styria, which takes place at the Red Bull Ring Circuit, Austria. In the end, Red Bull KTM Tech 3 rider, Miguel Oliveira managed to be the fastest, in other words, he won his first victory.
Not only that, thanks to this victory, Oliveira automatically became the first Portuguese rider to be able to win a MotoGP race. Interestingly, he also represented Red Bull KTM Tech 3’s first win in MotoGP.
This victory broke Ducati’s dominance at the Circuit since 2016.
Pramac Racing racer, Jack Miller returned to finish in 2nd place, continuing his record in the previous series in the same place. The last podium was won by Pol Espargaro.
Although there are no fatal accidents like what happened in the previous series. The race was stopped after Maverick Vinales hit the parapet at turn one which caused the wind fence to be damaged.
The incident occurred on lap 17, which was caused by a brake problem on the YZR M1 mount. Luckily, Vinales did not experience significant injuries.

This victory made Migue Oliveira immediately rise to 9th place in the standings. The table is still led by Fabio Quartararo with a collection of 70 points.
