Indonesian Artist, Fedi Nuril tries to contribute in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic which has paralyzed a part of the Indonesian people’s economy. He is offering ‘Free Endorse’ services for small and medium businesses.
It is undeniable that the Covid-19 pandemic really hit SMEs in Indonesia. As of the last three months, this outbreak has become a pandemic, the Government of Indonesia has also set PSBB rules that limit community activities.
The rule makes the small to medium business actors experience a decrease in income compared to before. In fact, some are even looking for other jobs to earn a side income to meet their daily needs.
Seeing this condition, many artists and musicians are moving to help affected communities. There are those who raise funds through the auction of goods, there are also those who provide free Endorse services on social media.
Fedi Nuril chose to contribute with the second option. Through his Instagram account, he opened a free endorse service for SMEs. However, there are certain conditions for those who want to get his endorse, one of which is the maximum number of followers of 1,000 people.
“Hi, friends. For those of you who are just starting a business, I will post your product / service on IG story for the next 3 days. So for IG shop with a maximum number of followers of 1,000, please tag me and don’t forget to open an account,” wrote Fedi in his uploaded statement, seen on Sunday (5/31/2020).
One of the stars in the 5 cm film emphasizes that it’s time for people to stick together instead of thinking about themselves or individualism. Because, out there are a lot of people affected by this Covid-19.
“For me, this pandemic is like running a marathon. We must help each other and take care of each other to survive and win, collective survival instead of individual survival. Come on, you can, let’s go, “he continued.
Keep in mind, Endorse which involves Instagram accounts of celebrities usually requires funding that is not small, even up to millions of rupiah. So it can be said that this is a rare opportunity for SMEs to take advantage of, to expand the reach of consumers.
