Brad Binder won his first victory in his debut season in MotoGP while paving at the Aotomotodrom Circuit, Brno, Czech Republic last weekend. The debutant Red Bull KTM Factory Racing rider still didn’t believe it until he cried.
For information, Binder started the race in 7th position. Slowly he managed to overtake the other riders, until finally overtaking Franco Morbidelli on lap 13 and became the fastest to the finish line.
In fact, this is the vey first victory for the 25-year-old rider. On the one hand, he is one of the debut riders in the MotoGP event this season.
What’s more, Binder made history as the first South African rider who wins the first MotoGP podium.
Regarding the series of facts, Binder himself admitted that he was very happy, because it was his dream since long time ago.

Thanks to this victory, Brad Binder is now ranked 5th in the standings with 28 points. The number is still 31 points behind the temporary top, Fabio Quartararo.
Whereas in the Czech Series yesterday, Quartararo was only able to finish in 7th position. Meanwhile, the second place is occupied by Franco Morbidelli.
