Arturo Vidal drops hint for Juventus return

Chilean veteran midfielder Arturo Vidal looks serious to leave Barcelona this summer. He even dropped hint to his former club, Juventus.

As is known, the former Bayern Munich player does have historical ties with Juventus. Vidal can even be called a direct witness to the success of the Bianconeri in winning the first three of the nine Scudettos that have been won in a row.

In other words, Vidal’s name could be as great as it is today because of the role of Juventus. Especially when the Serie A club made it to the European Champions League final in 2015.

He had left for Bayern Munich after that and then defended Barcelona since 2018. Now, after his situation at Camp Nou is not very friendly, the 33-year-old midfielder has signaled that he wants to return to Turin.

More or less Arturo Vidal’s wish was also based on the presence of Andrea Pirlo as the Bianconneri’s new manager. As is known, Pirlo, who was Vidal’s partner at Juventus, was trusted to replace Maurizio Sarri in the managerial chair.

He also dropped hint for Juventus to recruit him again this summer.

“Pirlo is an extraordinary person, so I can only imagine that he will be a great coach,”

“We spent four years together and won the Scudetto four times, so if he calls me, I will be happy,” said Vidal while speaking on Daniel Habif’s Youtube channel.

Apart from Juventus, Vidal is also linked to Inter Milan, where Antonio Conte was present as coach. Conte himself is a figure who handled Juventus in the struggle to win the first three consecutive Scudetto, along with Vidal.

In the view of the Chilean, Conte is the picture of a machine with the best tactics. Vidal is interested in reuniting with Conte again, but he can’t confirm anything at this time.

“Conte is like a machine, he is the best tactically. For my future, I am still calm. We will see what happens. I really like Barcelona, but we will see again later,” he concluded.
